What is pasabuy?
You tell us what you want from abroad. We buy it, and we deliver it to you in the Philippines. That's the whole service.
Are items authentic and brand new?
Yes. We buy brand new items for you. If something on the shelf is from our actual stock, the photos match what we pack.
Are you BIR registered?
Yes. Your Shopping Besties is officially BIR registered.
How do I pay?
By BPI bank transfer (InstaPay). On the confirmation page, scan the QR with any bank or e-wallet app via InstaPay, pay the exact amount, put the order reference in the notes, then send proof of payment on Messenger. Transfer fees may apply.
Who pays the shipping fee?
You do. The fee depends on the courier, weight, and address, so checkout shows it as to be confirmed. We message you the amount before we dispatch.
What's the difference between on hand and pre-order?
On hand means it's already with us. Pre-order means we'll buy or wait for it, and the product page shows the ETA.
Can I request something that isn't in the shop?
Yes. Send the link, size, and color on Messenger. If we can buy it abroad, we'll quote you before we purchase.
What if an item is short on stock?
Checkout tells you which line is short. Lower the quantity or remove it, then place the order again. We'd rather say so than oversell you.
